In an ActivVisionTools application, tools like ActivMeasure, ActivFeatureCalc, or ActivBarcode calculate results in form of numbers (e.g., positions or distances) or strings (e.g., a decoded bar code). Using ActivDecision, you can evaluate these results by formulating conditions the results have to meet in order to be "okay" (see example applications for measuring, inspection, or bar code reading).
