With the help of ActivHistogram, you can improve the setup of your vision system, e.g., adjust the illumination to gain optimal accuracy. Typically, ActivHistogram is used only during the setup of an application, i.e., in the configuration mode, not in the application mode. ActivHistogram shows the histogram data of the image visualized by ActivView's subtool AVTView. Here, AVTViewROI is used to define the part of the image for which the histogram is calculated.
