      Updated image acquisition interfaces available
There are new image acquisition interface updates available for ActivVisionTools 3.2, both in SSE2 and standard versions. Registered customers can download it here.

      Updated GigEVision interfaces available
New revision 3.2 of the GigEVision interface available which provides a new acquisition mode to enforce the grabbing of latest available images, broadcast device discovery, new parameters for IP configuration and block timeout, automatic checking for firewalls on Windows XP, and support of real-time scheduling policy on Linux systems. Furthermore, several bugs have been fixed. Registered customers can download it here.

There are new image acquisition interface updates available for ActivVisionTools 3.2, both in SSE2 and standard versions. Additionally, an update for using GigEVision with ActivVisionTools 3.2 is also available. Registered customers can download it here.

      Release of ActivVisionTools Version 3.2
The new version 3.2 now can be downloaded. Outstanding new features are the completely redesigned and improved ActivBarcode, support for the latest image acquisition technology and standards, significant speed-ups of the entire software, and several further improvements.       Updated revisions of two frame grabber interfaces
New revision 2.1 of the pylon interface released which is adapted to the new Basler pylon SDK version 0.9 and supports now also the scout IEEE 1394 cameras. Furthermore, also all color camera models are supported; new revision 2.5 of the HALCON 7.1 BaumerFCAM interface released which includes the new parameters 'image_available' and 'shutter_mode'. Furthermore, the new parameter 'continuous_grabbing' allows to switch between continuous grabbing and software trigger mode (registered customers can download it here).

      Free ActivVisionTools demo version available
Test ActivVisionTools for free in an easy way: the new demo version requires no installation. It contains several ready-to-run applications highlighting the power of ActivVisionTools. Furthermore, it contains ActivViewer, a free tool to acquire and inspect images. Finally, it provides additional information such as an animated product introduction and the complete documentation suite. You can download the demo version in the ActivVisionTools download area.

New revision 2.1 of the LuCam interface released which is based on the new SDK version 4.0 and supports the new parameters 'do_flush_buffer', 'gamma', and 'gamma_range'; new revision 2.4 of the HALCON 7.1 MatrixVisionAcquire interface released which includes the new parameter 'image_available' to query the status of an image and supports now also the mvSIGMA, mvDELTA, mvTITAN, and mvGAMMA frame grabber boards; new revision 2.14 of the HALCON 7.0 / 7.1 MatrixVision frame grabber interface released which includes the new parameter 'image_available' to query the status of an image; new revision 2.10 of the HALCON 7.0 / 7.1 INSPECTA frame grabber interface released which is based on the new SDK version 3.92 and fixes a bug in asynchronous grabbing. Furthermore, the two new parameters 'image_available' and 'do_abort_grab' allow the improved control over the actual image acquisition (registered customers can download it here).

New revision 2.8 of the uEye interface released which fixes a bug in auto white balancing; new revision 2.2 of the eXcite interface released which fixes a bug in grabbing images asynchronously in combination with external trigger; new revision 2.6 of the TWAIN interface released which fixes a bug in combination with console applications and allows querying the installed TWAIN sources via info_framegrabber; New revision 2.10 of the File (VirtualFG) interface released which fixes a bug in opening and closing AVI files multiple times (registered customers can download it here).

      New maintenance release 3.1.1 for ActivVisionTools 3.1
The newest maintenance release 3.1.1 of ActivVisionTools 3.1 is available. This new release not only contains the full product version of ActivVisionTools 3.1.1, but also a new free demo consisting of an animated product introduction and several ready-to-run applications which demonstrate the power of ActivVisionTools without installing it on the computer. For example, you can directly use ActivViewer to grab, inspect, and save images for free and without any extra license. Of course, the new release also includes fixes of all currently known bugs. Have a look on the release notes for a detailed description of ActivVisionTools 3.1.1. Registered customers can download the new release ActivVisionTools 3.1.1.

New revision 2.2 of the 1394IIDC (FireWire) interface released which fixes some bugs in the YUV conversion; new revision 2.3 of the SonyXCI interface released which is adapted to the latest Sony driver versions and supports now also the new Sony XCI-V3 smart camera; new revision 2.7 of the uEye interface released which fixes some bugs in the auto parameter handling; new revision 2.5 of the BCAM1394 interface released which runs with the latest Basler BCAM 1394 driver version 1.9; new revision 2.2 of the mEnable3 frame grabber interface released which supports the new parameter 'board_type' and fixes a bug in info_framegrabber; new revision 2.1 of the dPict interface released which supports three new parameters for use with line scan cameras (registered customers can download it here).
